What games can I watch?


All non-televised games
(i.e. games not selected for television broadcast) are available to watch worldwide for a matchday pass price of £10.

What if the game is at home and selected by Sky TV for television broadcast?

If you are a current Season Card holder you will be able to watch any HOME game selected for Sky with a unique streaming code voucher. This will be sent to you the week of the game, and will only be valid for Sky home games.

The voucher will not work for non-Sky broadcast games. For these matches the Robins TV video matchday pass will be available to buy for £10.

Unfortunately, if you are not a current Season Card holder you will only be able to watch a Sky broadcast game on Sky TV.

What if the game is away and selected by Sky TV?

The only way to watch an AWAY game that has been selected for Sky TV is on Sky. There will be no Robins TV matchday passes available to buy for these fixtures and no free streaming passes available –this is in line with EFL regulations.

I’m based overseas – what can I watch?

All games home and away are available to purchase for £10 with the Robins TV matchday pass, provided they are NOT selected for television broadcast. The club gets limited advanced warning of which games are selected and this will always be publicised on the official Bristol City news site.

International viewers are able to buy an annual subscription to Robins TV for £140 (as set out by the EFL) with up to 46 games available (excluding television broadcast games).

There is a monthly subscription package but this is not available to new subscribers, only existing members who were subscribed to the monthly service pre-Covid.

I have a Season Card holder voucher, what do I do?

Once Sky has made its selection of a broadcast game, we will email all Season Card holders a voucher code the week of that selected game.
Simply go to Robins TV and click on the “Login” tab on the top right of the navigation bar. This will take you to your login page for your Bristol Sport Club Account.

Once you are logged in click on the “Packages” tab on the top navigation bar.

You will then see the packages available for purchase. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a white box labelled Season Card Holder Voucher/Gift Voucher / Redeem Here.
enter the Season Card holder Voucher Code that was sent to the email address that you are logged in with. Once validated it will take you to the live video stream.

The Season Card Voucher Codes will be supplied by Supporter Services in advance of the Sky TV pick game. If you haven’t received an email containing your Season Card Voucher Code 48 hours ahead of the Sky TV scheduled game then please check your spam/junk mail folder. If no email has been received email: supporterservices@Bristol-Sport.co.uk.

I’m an existing international annual / monthly video pass subscriber – can I still watch?

Yes, you will receive all the benefits of your current subscription. Your pass will be subject to the same previous restrictions of television broadcast picks (unless you are a Season Card holder as well).

Does my live video subscription allow access to live audio commentary when a match cannot be broadcast?

Yes, your live video subscription includes all audio streams. So, if a game is not available to watch live (e.g. because it has been picked for Sky TV broadcast), you can always listen to it.

Will my existing seasonal or monthly subscription automatically renew?

Yes, after each month or the end of the season the subscription will automatically renew with the payment method you used.

What devices does Robins TV Live work on?

As part of the new EFL regulations you can now watch Robins TV direct via the web on desktop, mobile, laptop and tablet, plus of course on the official Bristol City app which contains all the latest news and information from the club.

Live audio commentary can be accessed across desktop, tablet and mobile devices with up-to-date browsers.

What is Robins TV and what does it offer?

Live Video:

Matchday coverage starts 30 minutes ahead of kick-off with our new enhanced Robins TV matchday programme; featuring four-cameras; multi-angle; multi-replay production; commentary and expert analysis.

Live Audio:

Live audio offers fans live matchday commentary provided by our broadcast partners at BBC Radio Bristol for every game during the season.

What are the system requirements?

Your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
Processor: 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks;
Memory: 2GB (1GB for netbooks) 128MB of graphics memory.
Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari
*Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported for Live Video
512MB of RAM (1GB of RAM recommended for netbooks)
Mobiles & Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+ *some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer.

What are the internet connection requirements?

You will require a WIFI or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download speed of at least 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD and 4mbps with latency not exceeding 50ms for HD (mobile data may not be supported). For users travelling abroad, please use a Wi-Fi network or broadband connection to purchase and view the pass, to avoid extra charges and maintain full compatibility (this allows the country you are in to be recognised as a selected territory).

I’m having issues with my video or audio feed. What can I do?

During the game, please report your technical issues to Bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com who can investigate whether there is a problem with the broadcast. If there are no issues at the broadcast end, we will need to complete troubleshooting steps, these may involve confirming details about the device, software and your internet connection. *Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure you are using compatible technology ahead of purchasing a live subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds can only be issued for those who have reported a technical issue during the game and it proves to be a fault of our providers and cannot be rectified. Please note, that if you do not watch a stream through choice, or don’t report a technical issue to customer service during the game, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for supporters attempting to access via a VPN or using a smartphone or tablet browser.

Can I get an illegal feed?

All feeds of the game are monitored by the club and the EFL. The EFL has a strict monitoring policy in operation and will prosecute individuals who illegally stream live games. We would ask anyone who observes these feeds to anonymously inform us via Bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com

My feed keeps buffering. What’s wrong?

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit
http://www.speedtest.net.

Test your download speed. Results should show a minimum of at least 2Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

I’m receiving a “media not found” message

The live video or audio commentary player will only be live during a match. If the game has kicked off and you are receiving this message, please contact viaBristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please email Bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com with your cancellation request. Please be advised that three working days’ notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.

Why can’t I view the live stream on mobile?

All live games can be viewed on desktop / laptop. On mobiles, tablets and game consoles the lives games cannot be accessed through the mobile browser or pre-installed browsers due to EFL regulations. However, coverage can be accessed via the official Bristol City club App.
